Key Rules

Official Rules: The Official Rules for this Promotion consist of both (i) these key rules summarizing the important rules for participating in the Promotion (the “Key Rules”) and (ii) the Additional Promotion Official Rules (“Additional Rules”) applicable to your place of legal residence. Please review the Additional Rules at the following URL: http://na.square-enix.com/us/documents/promotion-additional-rules.

Territories: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the following countries/territories at the date and time of entry (the “Promotion Jurisdiction”):

• The fifty (50) states of the United States of America, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
• Canada, excluding Quebec.

Age Limit: This Promotion is open only to individuals 18 years of age or older at the date and time of entry.

Entry Period: You may enter the Promotion only between October 18, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and January 29, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”).

Entry Procedure and Limitations: In order to enter the Promotion, you must complete the following steps during the Entry Period:

Either:

• pre-order the DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT: Ultimate Collector’s Edition from the Square Enix Online at https://store.na.square-enix.com/product/458359/dissidia-final-fantasy-nt-ultimate-collector-s-edition-ps4 or
• handwrite your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address using blue or black ink on a white 3-inch by 5-inch index card, place the index card into a sealed envelope and mail the envelope to Sponsor at 999 N. Sepulveda Blvd., 3rd Floor, El Segundo, CA 90245, USA (Attn: DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT: Ultimate Collector’s Edition Autumn 2017 Sweepstakes Entry). Entries created, duplicated, or modified by any automated or mechanical system will be disqualified.

Limit of one (1) entry per person.

Winner Selection: The Sponsor shall select one (1) grand prize winner and five (5) runner up winners from among all entries using the following methodology:

Sponsor’s designee shall select winner(s) through a random drawing from among all entries.

Prize(s): The grand prize winner shall receive each of the following prizes:

Each runner up prize winner shall each receive each of the following prizes:

• One (1) Logitech G433 7.1 wired surround gaming headset (approximate retail value of $99.99 USD)
• One (1) DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT figurine (approximate retail value of $149.99 USD)
• One (1) Year PlayStation Plus Membership (approximate retail value of $59.99 USD)
• One (1) Gil coin (approximate retail value of $5.00 USD)

Winner Notification: Sponsor, or Sponsor’s designee, will notify winner(s) by or about February 28, 2018 by the email address associated with the winner’s entry.

By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound and abide by these Key Rules and the Additional Rules applicable to your place of legal residence, and you represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements to enter the Promotion.
